Fantastic Stay!!!
excellent reception delicious food proactive service great experience
The reception was excellent. Staff were very helpful. I especially loved the delicious Nalli Nihari I had during dinner. The breakfast also offered a nice spread of menu items. Housekeeping staff member Rahul Kumar was excellent, offering proactive service. He ensured I had a great experience.
The Wi-Fi password was only available for two devices.

The dining area was clean and well-organized. The breakfast buffet included both hot and cold options with fresh ingredients. The food was AMAZING!!! There were multiple live cooking stations preparing customized meals to order.

The staff promptly addressed all requests I had . Housekeeping provided daily cleaning services, maintaining the room very well. The front desk staff were always available and eager to answer any questions, I really appreciate it!!!

The hotel features a large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs. I could see a well-equipped fitness center, open 24/7. There is also a business center with computers and printers available for guest use, very convenient.

A Balanced Experience
convenient location clean rooms slow staff overpriced buffet
The location proved convenient for accessing the cyber hub. The rooms were clean. I found them adequately maintained. The service generally met expectations, delivering what was promised.
the staff seemed somewhat slow. There was to be communication gaps between departments. There were few bathrobes in the rooms, I noticed. The buffet was overpriced
